Edoburg’s DWC (Double Wall Corrugated) pipes are built to meet the demanding requirements of underground drainage, non-pressure sewerage, and telecommunication cable protection. With a smooth inner bore and high-rigidity corrugated outer shell, DWC pipes offer superior mechanical strength while maintaining excellent hydraulic efficiency.

 

Manufactured from high-grade polyethylene (HDPE/PP), Edoburg DWC pipes are supplied in coil and cut lengths and conform to international dimensional and performance standards. These pipes are suitable for global applications in infrastructure, utility management, telecom, and highway construction.

Edoburg DWC pipes are produced under strict quality control to conform to international specifications for utility infrastructure:

  • IS 16098 (Part 2) – Structured wall pipes for non-pressure drainage and sewerage applications

  • EN 13476 – European specification for structured-wall piping systems made of thermoplastics

  • ISO 21138 – International standard for buried piping systems for non-pressure drainage

 

Available in:

  • Sizes: DN 100 mm to DN 1000 mm (ID/OD-based)

  • Lengths: Standard 6m lengths, or coiled options for telecom ducts

  • Load Class: SN 4, SN 8, SN 10 (based on site loading)

 

Each batch is tested for stiffness, impact resistance, elongation, and dimensional accuracy.

    Supplied in containerised packaging with full traceability, MTCs, and documentation tailored to international specs. Used in coastal, island, and African infrastructure projects.
