All quotations are subject to:

Validity of 15 to 30 days from date of issuance
Final confirmation upon written acceptance and verification

Edoburg Piping Systems LLP reserves the right to modify or reject any quote.

3. Documentation Provided

Upon formal engagement:

Technical data sheets
Certificates of compliance (e.g. ISO, BIS, EN)
Commercial invoice and export documentation
Origin declarations as required

4. Limitation of Liability

Edoburg is not liable for:

Customs delays, war, natural disaster, or force majeure
Errors submitted by buyers (wrong specs, contact, delivery info)

5. Governing Law

All RFQs and resulting transactions are governed by:
Laws of the Republic of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in Delhi, India.
