HDPE Pipes

Durable, Flexible HDPE Pipes for
Pressure Water & Utility Networks

Edoburg HDPE pipes offer a robust, leak-free solution for pressurised water delivery, sewerage transfer, trenchless piping, and irrigation systems. Built from high-grade polyethylene, they provide excellent flexibility, corrosion resistance, and service life in buried and exposed installations.

Available in PE-63, PE-80, and PE-100 grades, our HDPE pipes are manufactured in a wide diameter range with pressure ratings suitable for municipal and industrial needs. Butt fusion, electrofusion, and flange jointing methods are supported.

Specifications &
Standards

International Specifications

Edoburg HDPE pipes are manufactured and tested in accordance with internationally recognised performance benchmarks. Our product lines support multiple installation types, including pressurised conveyance and gravity-based systems.

Standards Supported:

  • ISO 4427 – HDPE piping systems for water supply

  • EN 12201 – Polyethylene piping for pressure applications

  • DIN 8074 / 8075 – Dimensional and tolerance standards

  • IS 4984 – Performance criteria for HDPE water supply systems

  • IS 14333 – Specifications for HDPE sewerage and gravity discharge

All pipes undergo hydrostatic testing, MFR checks, density confirmation, and weld quality evaluation before dispatch. Every batch is traceable and conforms to pressure rating and compound grade requirements (PE-63 / PE-80 / PE-100).

Types of HDPE Pipes Edoburg offers

  • HDPE Pressure Pipes (PE-63 / PE-80 / PE-100)
For potable water supply, agricultural irrigation, and pressure pipelines. Available in PN 2.5 to PN 20 ratings and diameters up to 1200 mm.

  • HDPE Sewerage & Drainage Pipes
Non-pressure HDPE pipes for gravity-based sewer and stormwater applications. Smooth or corrugated options available.

  • HDPE Duct Pipes (Telecom & Electrical)
HDPE conduit pipes used for optical fibre cable protection and underground power cabling. Available in DWC (double wall corrugated) and SWC (single wall) formats.

  • HDPE Sprinkler Pipes
Used in agricultural sprinkler systems and semi-permanent irrigation networks. Strong, flexible, and UV-resistant.

  • HDPE Gas Pipes
Yellow-coloured HDPE pipes for low-pressure natural gas and LPG distribution. Manufactured as per relevant gas utility standards.

  • HDPE Subsoil Drainage Pipes

  • Perforated HDPE pipes for subsurface water drainage, often used in roadbeds, railways, and sports fields.
