PPR Pipes

Thermally Insulated PPR Pipes for
Hot & Cold Water Distribution

Edoburg PPR (Polypropylene Random Copolymer) pipes are engineered for hot and cold pressurised water systems, offering high thermal resistance, internal hygiene, and long-term durability. Ideal for modern building networks, PPR pipes are widely used in residential, commercial, and institutional plumbing installations across the globe.

The system supports both fusion welding and electrofusion, ensuring monolithic, leak-free joints with extended service life. Pipes are available in PN 10 to PN 25 pressure classes and multiple wall thickness series (S2.5 to S5).

Standards

International Specifications

Edoburg PPR pipes are manufactured under precise technical protocols aligned with:

  • DIN 8077 / 8078 – Dimensions, tolerances, and performance specifications.

Pipes tested for pressure retention, thermal ageing, impact strength, and fusion integrity

Supplied in green, blue, red and white variants based on buyer preference and regional practice.

Types of PPR Pipes Edoburg offers

  • PPR Hot & Cold Water Pipes
Standard PPR piping for residential and commercial plumbing. Suitable for hot and cold water distribution up to 95°C. Available in PN 10 to PN 20 classes.

  • PPR-GF-PPR (Glass-Fiber Reinforced PPR Pipes)
Three-layer pipes with a central glass-fibre layer for reduced thermal expansion and enhanced rigidity. Ideal for multi-storey buildings, HVAC, and industrial systems.

  • PPR-FR-PPR (Flame-Retardant PPR Pipes)
Multi-layer pipes with a fire-retardant middle layer, suitable for concealed piping, high-rise risers, and fire-sensitive zones. Compliant with DIN 4102 (B1 rating).

  • PPR-AL-PPR (Aluminium Layered PPR Pipes)
Aluminium composite PPR pipes offering excellent dimensional stability, reduced expansion, and an oxygen barrier. Used in heating, chilled water, and pressure pipelines.

  • PPR Industrial Piping Systems
Designed for chemical transport, compressed air, and process water in industrial applications. Resistant to scaling and corrosion.

  • PPR Fittings & Accessories
Complete range of PPR fusion fittings, valves, adapters, and support systems for both domestic and industrial installations.

Why PPR is a Global Standard

in Pressure Plumbing?

  • High temperature resistance (up to 95°C working temperature)

  • Smooth internal bore – reduced pressure drop

  • Long life span (50+ years under rated conditions)

  • Welded joints for zero leakage

  • Non-corrosive and inert to most chemicals

  • Suitable for potable water – hygienic and non-toxic

Ideal for Internal Piping Networks

in High-Performance Building Systems

PPR pipes from Edoburg are widely deployed in:

  • Hot/cold water plumbing in homes, hotels, hospitals

  • High-rise water distribution with vertical pressure heads

  • Solar heater and thermal mixing systems

  • Industrial pipelines for temperature-stable fluids

  • Chilled water or HVAC internal piping zones
